As you are likely aware, last week, ramp and tug employees of DHL at CVG Airport (Cincinnati), represented by Teamsters Local 100, went on strike against DHL Express.
Local 100 has indicated that it intends to extend picket lines to other DHL Express facilities.
If Local 100 sets up a sanctioned picket line at your location, it is your right to NOT CROSS the picket line.
If Local 100 extends pickets to our location, Local 856 is NOT on strike. However, it is your right to refuse to cross or work behind a picket line as long as the Local 100 CVG picketers are at your facility. Local 856 Members who honor the line should NOT walk the picket line. They should move away from the picket line and stand by for instructions.
