Teamsters 856 is excited to announce that our very own Staff Attorney Representative, Malia Vella, is running for State Assembly in District 18.
In addition to fighting for the rights of Local 856 members for the last seven years, Malia is the Vice Mayor of the City of Alameda. We know that she will take the experience and passion she has for working people to Sacramento, and that’s why we are doing everything we can to make sure she’s elected to the State Assembly.
