Congratulations! The tentative agreement has been ratified. In addition to a $3.25 per hour wage increase over the next 15 months you will receive the following:
- Continuation of your current Health and Welfare benefits.
- A retro bonus payment of $1000 for those members that worked through the pandemic.
- A Shift Bid at least twice a year to help assure schedule stability.
- A commitment to add your current Vacation and Sick Time accrual to your pay stubs.
- A fairer system of offering overtime based on seniority.
