On April 15th the Teamsters Assistance Program held its 31st Annual Golf Tournament & Raffle fundraiser.

The Teamsters Assistance Program, or “T.A.P.” is a labor-management employee assistance program that specializes in substance abuse, but also can also assist with referrals for Teamsters who are suffering with mental health issues, stress, family problems, or other personal issues.

T.A.P. services are available to Teamsters who have medical insurance through a participating health and welfare trust fund. All services through T.A.P. are confidential.
Members who are concerned that they may have a problem with substance abuse are advised to reach out for help sooner than later and can contact their union representative for more information about receiving services through T.A.P.

The annual fundraiser benefits the program’s continuing care, education and outreach programs.
