After ratifying a new contract this month, Marin General Hospital Teamsters have a new four-year agreement that includes 8% in wage increases for members over the course of the contract, including retroactivity back to April 2014, maintains employer-paid health care for employees and their families and includes bonuses in 2016 and 2017.

In addition to the substantial raises, the agreement includes equity adjustments, increases to tuition reimbursement, more shop stewards, access to health benefits for per diem employees, an additional holiday, and added bereavement leave for members who work alternative schedules.
